User not getting emails

Is there a log somewhere that I can check to see what is happening when trying to email, say, a password reset message to a user. i have a user that is not getting any emails for some reason, and the user is authorized and the email address is correct.

If your are using the source code package, verify that the web.config isn't sending emails to a folder - C:\Email by default.

Unless there is an error you won't see anything in the log.
