AttachmentDownload - PDF Content Disposition

Our customers often upload PDFs to their Issues because it's easier for them to create them and upload them as Issues afterwards. Currently when you click on a PDF Attachment the browser starts a file download because of the "content-disposition" header.

Can you please add a project specific option like "Force Download for PDF Attachment" which enables/disables the content disposition header for PDF attachments?
