SVN Integration

I am having trouble being able to view my SVN repository from within a project. In the Project Admin tab and the Subversion settings there is a single "Subversion Url" text box which I am filling with "file://///shareserver/share/SVNRepositories/reponame" where "shareserver" is a network server and "\shareserver\share\" is a shared directory on that server.

We don't have SVN running as a site/service (so no "SVN://etc" URLs work for us) and instead are using the file system, which works fine for TortoiseSVN. I didn't see any examples in the documentation for using "file:///" in this field. Any recommendations?

Your SVN repository would have to be accessible via a web server url. There is no way that the website can view the file system.

That's what I was thinking. Thanks!
