Issue Numbering

I recently cloned an existing project that had about 10 issues in it. According to the documentation cloning would copy all the configuration but not the issues, but after cloning I found some problems and wonder if others have experienced it:

- After cloning the new project's first issue is not numbered 001 but a number reflecting the last issue number of the cloned project. So if the original had 10 issues, the first issue of the cloned project is numbered 11. I don't find that normal, can anybody confirm if their projects start all with 1 (as you would expect) or not?

- The wizard doesn't ask you other customizations such as project name and they need to be edited afterwards. However, there is a problem that admins cannot edit private projects...

The project number is by design. It is a continuous running number for all projects.

The issue with editing private projects will be looked into and might have been fixed already with recent commits.
