@druffyw, i am also intrested how to solve this things.

We are soon using BugNet Pro even when the order is ready, perhaps this is more customizeable??

Talking about configuring email notifications, is it possible for Users to configure when and on what actions they would like to recieve email notifications?

Currently our Users can either turn notification OFF or ON.

Our Users complain that they only want emails when someone actually has assigned an Issue to them, and / or when an Issue is put in a certain Status. (Like "New").

Is this possible and if so, where can I find documentation on how to configure this?

Kind Regards
