What an brilliant initiative this project is! My sincere thanks to all contributors. Not only does it do basically exactly what we want, the project source code is in great shape. Easy to install, easy to rebuild. If only all software projects were this well organized. :-)

Really amazing project. Perfect for my team to get feedback of our customers. We are thinking about get it inside all our products to let them report bugs from inside (the best part of 'free'dom ;-)).
