After upgrading from 0.8.300 to 1.3.242, I get an Application Error when opening the Default.aspx. I suspect that the database upgrade is not complete. The error listed here is refering to BugNet_P6_CFV object and another error shown when accessing to IssueSearch.aspx refers to BugNet_P8_CFV.

If I look at the log, I can see the following error details:

Bugnet.Global; Application Error:
System.Web.HttpUnhandledException (0x80004005): Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown. ---> BugNET.Common.DataAccessException: Database Error ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Nom d'objet 'BugNet_P6_CFV' non valide.

... I found the solution by myself right after posting...

Log on as Admin, go to Administration/Projects/ProjectList.aspx and click the Generate Custom Field Views option.
