Putting documents at project level

Hi all,

Is there a way to add documents to the project level ?

If not I think it would be a great idea to hold project related documents like:

  • Project plan
  • Emergency calls list
  • Customers document
  • Sales documents
  • ...

Would be nice to have editeable properties like :

  • Document name
  • Document type (manageable selection list like the one above)
  • Revision number
  • Date + Time
  • Owner
  • Received from (name + contact infos)
  • Sent to (name + contact infos)
  • Active (or archived) indicator

And, while being there:

  • Have security for each document versus each project user (don't want everyone to see a proposal to a customer for example).
  • Being able to send a document by email (and keep sent history)

So this becomes a kind of document repository for the project
