Failure when running Install.aspx

I am using a SQLEXPRESS instance on my local machine and have altered permissions/app pool settings as required, however when executing Install.aspx I get the following error.  I have tried deleting and recreating the database before running it (running a second time after it fails results in the BugNET.Schema.SqlDataProvider.sql to fail due to the script trying to create an object that already exists).

Does anyone have any pointers?

However, the current database schema is not compatible with this version. You may need to either install a compatible schema with aspnet_regsql.exe (available in the framework installation directory), or upgrade the provider to a newer version.

Found the issue - my database was SQL2012 Express, if I change the compatibility level to 2005 (90) then the script does complete successfully
